A 45-minute resistance-band workout I coach end to end — every move demo’d, every rep counted. Bands provided on-site for every resident, every size from X-Light to X-Heavy. A curated playlist that fills the room — not a gym mix. Residents walk out with a pump they tell their neighbors about.

Full clean-up and load-out handled. Your team unlocks the room and goes back to leasing. You bring the space. I handle the rest.

Cost vs. Return

You're already spending the money. Here's what it's buying you — and what it could.

The Cost

Most amenity spaces sit empty — and the budget still gets spent.

Engagement drops. Renewals get harder. And the line item for "resident events" keeps clearing every quarter — whether anyone showed up or not.

63%
Community drives renewals A top-5 reason residents renew — and the #1 driver of perceived value in their community.
$500+
The average event budget What communities spend on resident events each month — often one $500+ event nobody remembers.
47%
Friendships = renewals Residents with 7+ friends on property are 47% more likely to renew their lease.
$4K+
Every turnover costs Vacancy, make-ready, marketing and lost rent add up per unit — one saved lease pays for a year of events.
The Return

Same budget. 25× the return. Turn fixed spend into felt value.

What every resident takes home from a single 90-minute Booty Bootcamp event — priced at retail, before a single dollar of your event budget is spent.

$434
Per-resident value, delivered $399 body-comp scan + a 45-min coached band class ($25–$35 DFW rate) — valued at real market prices.
$10.8K
Total resident value, at capacity 25 attendees × $434 each. Roughly 20× the industry-average resident-event spend — without raising the line item.
14 days
From your text to event night Text a date range, I lock it in, you drop it into the promo kit — the cadence residents actually respond to.
90 min
Total team lift, door to door I arrive 30 minutes early, run the event, clear out. Your leasing team doesn't stay. Your calendar barely moves.

Stop stretching $500+ across forgettable events. Booty Bootcamp compresses it into $12,000+ of impact — delivered in a single night.

FAQ

Every question answered — before you book.

What does it cost the property?

Partnership pricing is quoted per property based on resident count, frequency and space. Text me at (972) 217-5725 and you'll get a flat number back in a few hours — no proposal PDF (unless you want one), no back-and-forth.

What does my team actually need to do?

Three things. Pick a date. Reserve a space — gym, pool deck, clubhouse, lounge all work. And send the announcement email I already wrote for you. Total manager time is under fifteen minutes. The promo kit is right here.

Is this really free for my residents?

Yes. Every resident who attends gets a complimentary body-composition scan — a $399 per-resident value — plus a 45-minute coached workout. The only fee is the partnership fee the property pays; residents pay nothing.

Can you run events across my portfolio?

Yes. Most multi-property managers book a monthly rotation across their Dallas portfolio. One contact, one calendar, one invoice. Text me and we'll scope it in one call.

How far out do we need to book?

Usually 2–4 weeks. Weekends fill faster than weekday evenings. Text with a date range and you'll get confirmed availability the same day.

Which Dallas communities have you hosted?

Luxury high-rises across Downtown Dallas, Uptown, Victory Park, Oak Lawn, Deep Ellum, Design District and the Arts District are the most frequent. If you're further out, ask.

How do I book a resident fitness event?

Text me at (972) 217-5725 with your property name and a date range. You'll get a flat partnership quote back the same day. Once the date is confirmed, download the promo kit, drop in your property name and RSVP email, and send the announcement three weeks out. I arrive, set up, run the event, break down. One invoice.

Do residents keep the resistance bands?

No. Bands are provided on-site for everyone to use during the 45-minute class, then collected at the end. If a resident wants to keep training at home, the take-home set — bands, drawstring bag, and laminated workout card — is available on-site for $29.99. Optional. Never required.

How long is the event and what's the group size?

The coached workout is 45 minutes. Body composition scans run in parallel and after class — about 60 seconds per resident, including a 5-minute one-on-one results walkthrough. Typical capacity is 20–25 residents per session. Larger buildings can book back-to-back sessions.

What kind of space do you need?

Any amenity space works — gym, pool deck, clubhouse, lounge, rooftop or flex room. Minimum ~400 sq ft of open floor. No special flooring required. A power outlet for the Body Scan Scale and a small table are enough.
